
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2-5 mashed bananas (I did two in this recipe)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 melted butter
- 1/2 cup sourdough discard
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or as much as you want)
- Cooking oil for pan
Directions:
- In one bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl, mix all the eat ingredients together.
- Next, combine into one bowl and fold together.
- Add to a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- After, let cool or 10 minutes and serve!
